A deep clean is usually recommended for first time cleans by Tidy Cactus so a nice, foundation of cleanliness is established to be followed by less thorough, regular recurring cleanings. 

A regular clean typically consists of  “hot points” as we like to call them, which focus on  certain areas that are used the most on a day-to-day basis. For example, some hot points can be main living areas, kitchen surfaces (ie countertops, table, etc) bathrooms, and floors. We also understand that these hot points will vary with each customers individual needs so do not hesitate to customize your regular clean. 

Occasionally it is necessary to use harsh (and sometimes toxic) chemicals to cut through tough stains and stubborn buildup. Rest assured, we will only use those types of products upon your request and/or approval. 

Tipping is normal and any amount is appreciated! 

We do not clean homes of residents who smoke inside.  It is imperative that we ensure the safest working conditions for our cleaners.

Areas that are often left cluttered will be organized accordingly unless instructed otherwise. If you have areas of your home that you do not want organized please specifically instruct your cleaner. Some areas that are often left unorganized are drawers, cupboards, pantry’s, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.
